"It is a sheer joy to come into clinic knowing Plymclean have worked their magic every time, particularly in these Covid times. Their staff have gone above and beyond every time, even going as far as to make my dogs office bed and offering to water the plants when whilst I was away. The staff are engaging, polite and very solution focused, when I have needed to change my cleaning schedule or required additional cleaning. I cannot recommend PlymClean enough and look forwards to continuing our working relationship in the future."

To All Customers

We wanted to start with a huge thank you to all of our customers for your continued support this year and our return to work following the lockdown. We understand not everyone will be ready for their cleaning to restart yet, but we have had a very positive response with many customers re-engaging our services from 1st June onwards.

We appreciate you co-operation with our heightened safety measures, such as maintaining social distancing and our teams working in masks and gloves. Following Covid guidelines can we please remind you all that the property needs to be vacated during the clean. However if this is not possible please could all occupants remain in one room.

As you are all probably aware by now the company now has a new director Miss Amanda Barnes who is striving to build the business whilst maintaining the excellent reputation the business has already made. Amanda will be on Radio Devon on Saturday 25th July at 8.20am, discussing her businesses and experiences in the industries, we invite you all to have a listen if you can.

Laundry Services including Dry Cleaning (using the environmentally friendly wet cleaning method)

PlymClean customers who receive cleaning on a regular basis will receive FREE laundry collections and deliveries.

Just a reminder we are stockists of Method products for all your cleaning needs - Method products are non-toxic, biodegradable, do not give off harmful vapours and use high percentages of naturally derived ingredients.

Hampers

For our holiday properties we have spent some time with some local producers, the contents of our hampers have been updated to include Luscombe Drinks and items from Hallets Bakery. http://hallettsthebakers.co.uk/ and https://luscombe.co.uk/

All products are picked up on the morning of baking to ensure they are as fresh as possible for guests. All items are provided in completely sealed packaging.

"I used PlymClean for Hall, Stairs, Landing, Back Bedroom and Dining Room carpets. After a quote over the phone Tony arrived on the appointed day and on time, he worked until the job was done and I was very satisfied with the cleaning. However the next morning I was not happy with the Hall and Landing carpets. After phoning Gail at PlymClean she agreed to come and have a look, it was agreed that Tony would come back and re-clean those carpets which he did to my satisfaction. For me 10 out of 10 to PlymClean for customer satisfaction, the problem was fixed with the help of a very charming Gail. I would use PlymClean again and have no hesitation to recommend them."

PlymClean....... amazing professional cleaning service. I was unable to clean my new property due to being in a car accident. I was offered an appointment straight away to discuss which areas needed to be clean etc and the quotation came across straight away with the booked in clean. The kitchen, hob, sink etc was gleaming and cleaned to a very high standard! The bathroom look as good as new! They treated my home with respect whilst I was at the hospital, my grandmother said they were very polite cleaners and professional. So thank you PlymClean for helping and cleaning my home!!
